About Me
While I primarily share my artistic endeavors, I spend a lot of my time outside art reading about environmental conservation and the outdoors. I enjoy birdwatching, tracking local and invasive species, and educating others about the sick ass rock we live on.
I'm also into anthropology and paleontology! My vulture culture collections frequently relate to these interests; I collect skeletal remains, pinned insects, shells, crystals and rocks, pelts, feathers, and other bits and bobs. I prefer to find these items outside myself, as ethically obtaining them is very important to me!

General
This section contains my commission do's and don'ts, how I work, and other general details about buying from and working with me.
Guidelines
I reserve the right to deny or halt a commission or other sales for any reason. I also reserve the right to do so without specifying why.
Commission work will not start until full payment is received.Payment will be accepted via Paypal, using Goods and Services.Refunds may be requested before the sketch/lineart stage has been finished. Afterwhich, refunds will be denied. Keep in mind that it may be a short period before I can acquire funds to issue a refund.
(sketches can be edited as you'd like, free of charge!)By commissioning me, you give me permission to use my artwork of your character for future commission examples and/or videos.I do not consent to use of my art or other intellectual property for copying, referencing, or redistribution of my work. Do not claim my work as your own. My work is not for commercial use.Do not remove my watermark for any reason.Do not edit my artwork for any reason without my written consent. This includes editing alternate pallets, generating AI images using my art, and any other form of editing.

You must have a clear, digital reference sheet of the character you intend to commission me to draw (with the exception of customs).
Customs require a detailed description including pattern/color preferences, species, any lore you may have in mind, and (preferably) a general personality. What you give me is what I can work with!
Mistakes in the finished product can and will be fixed, free of charge. This does not apply to issues with my style or anatomy.
Turnaround Time May Vary
I am a very busy person! I am also chronically Ill, so the time i can spend working on commissions can be limited and unpredictable. Please be aware that the larger a commission option, the longer the wait. General wait-times tend to be upwards of 2 months to 6 months, depending on my health and workload. Please do not be afraid to check in often!If you are needing a commission before a specific date, you must tell me while we are discussing details! I will not accept deadlines in the middle of the commission.As i struggle with memory and with time, i encourage you to message me if you would like an update! Generally, if i haven't messaged you myself, I either don't have anything started yet or am awfully busy again.
Design Permissions
What you may and may not do with designs created by me. Dismissing these guidelines will result in a warning, and if repeated, a blacklist.
General Guidelines
Do not back out of bids or offers! Doing so may result in a ban from my future sales.I do not accept payment plans longer than 1 week without a down payment.
(I am very flexible, so please communicate with me!)Buying and reselling my designs for higher than the original worth without added artwork will result in an immediate blacklist.
You may redesign my designs as much as you like, but all versions MUST be sold together.Please do not delete the toyhouse for the design after I have transferred it to you. I will favorite the character so I may use them as an up-to-date design example!
Please do not remove my access to view the toyhouse of my designs; not only do I use them as examples, but I consider it somewhat rude to do so. I understand if you are uneasy or do not want me viewing for some reason, but please let me know in some capacity. It's disheartening to see my hard work and my joy disappear without a trace.
Blacklist Policy
If you are blocked on ANY platform, you are not welcome to interact or purchase from me. I do not want to interact with you whatsoever; you are essentially blacklisted privately.These users are no longer allowed to interact with me and are prohibited from my services.I do not endorse harassment of the following users.

I will not discuss these users, nor will I remove their blacklist for my and my loved ones' safety. I would consider not interacting with any of the listed users, and if you are in contact with them (and can prove it) and want to know why they're blacklisted, do ask.
